do you know if a person is a
true or a fake Christian? Is
there any way to discern
between the two? Do we have
a faithful and reliable
guide to reveal the truth?
Believe it or not, this is
what the Book of James is
all about. It’s God’s
early Church acid test
revealing who’s really
true and who’s really not.
As the earliest Book of the
New Testament, James seeks
to keep the Church pure as
they are finally obedient to
God’s command to be His
witnesses not only in
Jerusalem, but in Judea,
Samaria, and the ends of the
earth. The last thing God
wants is fake Christians
trying to represent Him. So
He includes such acid tests
as, How Do You Handle
Trials, Are You Obedient, Do
You Love, Do You Have a True
Faith, How is Your Tongue,
Are You Submissive, Are You
Greedy, and much much more.
If ever there was a time
when the Church of Jesus
Christ needs to clean house
and rid itself of the fake
Christianity and phony
Christians, it is now. Take
the test, study the Book of
James, and see who’s true.
